OUR MANUKA IS 100% UNBLENDED
Manuka honey is marketed as a medicinal grade item but regulated as a food. Which means a Manuka blend of 10% with 90% regular honey can still call itself Manuka honey. We would never do this.
A LOT OF MANUKA HONEY IS FAKE. OURS? NEVER
Even the biggest companies have been caught repeatedly blending Manuka with imported syrup and calling it Manuka honey. We would never do this.
WE TEST EVERY BATCH INDEPENDENTLY
Unlike other companies that test MGO once and use that standard as a benchmark, each of our Manuka batches are independently tested and validated by the University of Sunshine Coast.

Australian Manuka tastes like honey vs New Zealand honey which is quite bitter. Australian Manuka has been tested to have as much bioactive activity as the New Zealand equivalent if not more.
Most people do not realise that Australia produces Manuka honey. New Zealand producers are very clever marketers. Look at Kiwi fruits, they originate from China yet even Chinese believe they originate in New Zealand.
